Notice is hereby given that on the
16th day of September 2024, at 5:30
p.m., in the Harold E. Getty Council
Chambers In the City Ball In the City
of Waterloo. Iowa. a public hearing will
be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for an Amendment to
the Development and Minimum As-
sessment Agreement with Grant Park.
LLC, executed on October 16, 2023.
to convey additional city -owned prop-
erty, located northwest of 2765 and
2765 Crossroads Boulevard, legally
described as follows:
Parcel "F' according to Plat of Survey
recorded July 24, 2023 as Dcc. No.
2024-1045, being a part of the South-
east Quarter (SE 1/4), Section 2.
Township 88 North (T8 N), Range 13
West (R13W) of the 5th Principal Me-
ridian (stir PM), City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County. State of Iowa.

Parcel 'G' according to Plat of Survey
recorded FEBRUARY 9, 2024 as Doc.

Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4), Section a
