NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that an the 16 t h day of September 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing wit be held by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for a re- quest by the City of Waterloo to vacate 8,708 square feet of East San Marnan Drive right-of-way, located northwest of 2765 Crossroads Boulevard, legally described as follows: A survey of Parcel "G" of the South- east Quarter (SE 1/4), Section 02 (Sec 2), Township 88 North (T88N), Range 13 West (R13W) of the 5th Principal Meridian (5th PM), City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County.
