AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF ALLEY
BETWEEN EAST FOURTH STREET AND EAST FIFTH
STREET AND FRANKLIN STREET AND MULBERRY
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Beginning at a point on the Southwest Lot Line of
Lot Number Seven (7) in Block Number Thirty Nine
(39) in the Original Plat on the East Side of the
Cedar River, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, a distance of Six (6) feet North-
westerly from the most Southerly corner of said
Lot Seven (7) ; thence Northeasterly parallel
with the Southeast line of said Lot Seven (7) a
distance of Two (2) feet; thence Southeasterly
parallel with the Southwest line of said Lot
Seven (7) a distance of One and Five-tenths
(1. 5) feet; thence Southwesterly parallel with
the Southeast line of Lots Seven (7) and Ten (10)
and its extension to a point Two (2) feet South-
westerly of the Northeast line of Mulberry Street;
thence Northwesterly parallel with the Northeast
line of Mulberry Street a distance of One and
Five-tenths (1. 5) feet; thence Northeasterly to
point of beginning,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 27th day of August,
1979, approved by the Mayor on the 27th day of August, 1979.
