That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 167, of said Section, the followingSub-Section No. One hundred sixty eight (168) : " 168 That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of section No. Thirty-three (33) , Township No. Eighty-nine (89) North, Range No. Thirteen ( 13) West of the Fifth irincipal Meridian in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, lying South and East of Martin Road and North and West of the Chicago, Great Western Railroad right-of-way except that part thereof conveyed to Iowa Public Service Company by deed recorded in Book 124 of Land Deeds at Page 191 in the office of the Recorder of Black l.1awk County, Iowa. now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1" Agricult- ural District , be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1" Light In- dustrial District as above described" .
