ORDINANCE NO. 3055
AN ORDINANCE VACATING EAST-WEST ALLEY IN
BLOCK 1, RICKER AND BRATNOBER' S ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS :
The east-west alley located within Block One (1) , Ricker
and Bratnober' s Addition, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 15th day of October, 1979 , ap-
proved by the Mayor on the 15th day of October, 1979 .
