AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTION OF WREN ROAD
ADJACENT TO TRACT "A", BRONSON ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
I WA , AS F OLLOWS:
That part of Wren Road adjacent to Tract
"A" Bronson addition Waterloo, Iowa, dem-
cribed am follows: Beginning at the south-
wect corner of maid Tract "A" thence North-
erly along the Wet line of maid Tract "A"
One Hundred Ten (110) feet ; thence Westerly
parallel to the ^ouch line of maid Tract
"A" Thirty (30) feet ; thence Louth parallel
to the Wect line of said Tract "A" One Hund-
red Ten (110) feet ; thence Eact Thirty (30)
feet to the point of beginnincl.
hall be, and the came is hereby vacated .
-acted and adopted by the City Council on 15th day of Oct-
ober, 1979, approved by the Mayor on the 15th day of October,
1979.
