ORDINANCE 3057
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A 25' BUILDING SET-
BACK LINE ALONG EAST SIDE LOT 1 , LOCKARD
ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS :
That
the 25 foot building setback line along the
east side of Lot 1, Lockard Addition, in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on the 15th day of October, 1979 ,
approved by the Mayor on the 15th day of October, 1979 .
