BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CrEY OF IATERLOO,
IOWA, AS FOLLOWS:
The ten (10) foot alley lying west of and
adjacent to Lots 1 - 14, Block 4, irospect
Heights, City of Waterloo, Black hawk County,
Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
