ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479,
AS AMENDED, BY ADDING NEW SUB-SECTI(
NO. 169 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CER-
TAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOTA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be fur-
ther amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 168, of said Section, the
following New Sub-Section No. One hundred sixty nine (169) :
"169
The South 260 feet of the South 80 acres of the West 100
acres of the NW4 of Sec. 11, Twp. 89 N, Range 13 West of
5th P.M.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3,R-P" Planned Re-
sidence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-2,P" Planned
Industrial District as above described" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file a
a certificed copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of BladcHawk Coun-
ty, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 21st day of January, 1980, ap-
proved by the Mayor on the 21st day of January, 1980.
