ORDINANCE ',RENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479,
AS AMENDED, BY ADDING NEW SUB-SECTION
NO. 170 TO SECTION 2 -5, REZONING CER-
TAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF iATERL00, IOuA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be fur-
ther amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 169, of said Section, the
following New Sub-Section No. One hundred seventy (170) :
"170
All of Blocks 21 and 22 in .editor Rainbow' s Plat of May-
wood Second Filing all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-1" Light Industrial
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District as above described" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
