ORDINANCE NO. 3 0 6 8
ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479,
AS AMENDED, BY ADDING NEW SUB-SECTION
NO. 171 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CER-
TAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be fur-
ther amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 170, of said Section, the
following New Sub-Section No. One hundred seventy one (171) :
"171
The South 80 acres of the West 100 acres of the N4121 of
Sec. 11, Twp. 89N, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. except
the North 265 feet and except the South 260 feet thereof.
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "R-3,R-P" Planned Re_
sidence District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "M-1" Light Indust-
rial District as above described" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 21st day of January, 1980, ap-
proved by the Mayor on the 21st day of January, 1980.
