AN ORDINANCE VACATING A NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY IN HAGERMAN PLACE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as follows:
The Sixteen (16) foot wide north-south alley located south of the
extension of the north lot lines of Lots Eight (8) and Eleven (11)
and north of the northerly right-of-way line of Janney Avenue, Block
Fourteen (14), Hagerman Place, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to retain a utility easement over, upon and
under the above-described property.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, with the City's retention of a
utility easement over entire above described parcel .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 21st day of January, 1980,
