AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EAST-WEST ALLEY IN BLOCK 9, RICKER &
BRATNOBER LAND COMPANY ADDITION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa as follows:
The east-west alley located within Block nine (9). Ricker
and Bratnober Land Company Addition, City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
shall be the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 25th day of February, 1980,
approved by the Mayor on the 25th day of February, 1930.
