ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479,
AS AMENDED, BY ADDING NEW SUB-SECTIct
NO. 173 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CER-
TAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, ICWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be fur-
ther amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 172, of said Section, the
following New Sub-Section No. One hundred seventy-three (173) :
"173
Beainnina at a point on the west line of Section 2, Township
88, North Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, a
distance of 1041.45 feet north of the southwest corner of said
Section 2; thence South 81 degrees 26 minutes 30 seconds East
to the point of intersection idith a line 500 feet normal dist-
ant northwesterly of the northwest Right-Of-Way line of San
l=lrnan Drive, thence northeasterly parallel with and 500 feet
normal distant from the northwest Right-Of-Way line of San
Marnan Drive to a point 99 feet southerly of the north line of
the southwest hi of the southwest 3.4 of said Section 2; thence
westerly along a line 99 feet south of and parallel with the
north line of the southwest 4 of the southwest 4 of said Section
2 to a point 300 feet east of the west line of said Section 2;
thence northerly along the west line of lots 19 and 20 Richland
Park and it ' s southerly extension, to the northwest corner of
said lot 19; thence easterly to the southwest corner of lot 8
Richland Park; thence northerly to the point of intersection
of the west line of lot 1 Richland Park and the north line of
the southwest 44 of the northwest 4 of the southwest 1/4 said
Section 2; thence westerly along the north line of the south-
west '� of the northwest } of the southwest 4 of said Section
2 to the west line of said Section 2; thence south along the
west line of said Section 2 to the point of beginning.
now zoned on the oninq Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as ".A-1" .Agricultural
District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One and Two Family
Residence District as above described" .
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 7th day of April, 1980, approved
by the Mayor on the 7th day of April, 1980.
