AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE,
BY REPEALING SECTION 550, TAXICAB ZONES, IN ITS ENTIRETY; AND .ENACTING IN
LIEU THEREOF NEW SECTION 550, TAXICAB ,.ONES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Section 550, Taxicab Zones, of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic
Ordinance of the City of T,Alterloo, Towa, is hereby repealed in its entirety;
that new Section 550, Taxicab "ones, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
SEC. 550. TAXICAB ZONES.
Taxicab stands shell be located as follows:
1) _`. stand for one cab in the 600 block of 7'ulberry.
(2) A stand for one cab at the Sycamore Street entrance of the Ellis
Hotel immediately northwesterly of the restricted area established
at said entrance.
3) A stand for one cab its the 500 block of Sycamore Street at
Donaldson's side door.
(4) A stand for two cabs at 711 Commercial street.
(5) A stand for two cabs at new bus depot on West Tenth Street between
W shington Street and Bluff Street.
(6) A stand for three cabs on the north side of the street adjacent to
the main entrance to the Waterloo ' unicipal Airport Terminal. '
