2E IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as follows:
That nart of Ralph Road lyin9 north of the westerly extension
of the south lot line of Lot Nineteen (19) Lobdell 's Second
Addition and south of the westerly extension of the north lot
line of Lot Twenty (20) Lobdell 's Second Addition located in
Waterloo, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council on the 5th day of !lay, 1980, approved
by the Mayor on the 5th day of Hay, 1980.

That part of Ralph Road lying north of the westerly extension
of the south lot line of Lot Nineteen (19) Lobdell 's Second
Addition and south of the westerly extension of the north lot
line of Lot Twenty (20) Lobdell 's Second Addition located in
Waterloo, Iowa.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
