ESTABLISHING GRADE
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING GRADES FOR THE FOLLOWING AVENUES , BOULEVARDS ,
ROADS , AND STREETS :
HALL AVENUE from LUCAS STREET to MIDLAND STREET , LOBDELL ROAD from
RAINBOW DRIVE to CASTLE STREET , ELEANOR DRIVE from DOWNING AVENUE to
SAGER AVENUE, FOREST AVENUE from WEST NINTH STREET to HAMMOND AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA, THAT THE
ELEVATIONS ABOVE MEANS SEA LEVEL SHALL BE :
