AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TUE WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE (ORDINANCE NO.
2479, AS AMENDED) BY ADDING PART XXVII-A, FEES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the city Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That Part XXVII-A, Fees, be added to the Waterloo Zoning Ordinance (ordinance
No. 2479, as amended) as follows:
PART XXVII-A
FEES
Upon submission of the application and site plan to the City Planning Commission
as required by Sections 2A-23, 2A-39, 2A-43 and 2A-48, a fee shall be paid
according to the following fee schedule:
1. "S-1" Shopping Center Districts, "R-P Planned Residence Districts,
and "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District Site Plans.
A. Overall (if different than site plan submitted
with original zoning request) $40.00
B. Individual Building Site Plans (if different
than submitted under (A) above and
subject to commission review) $25.00
2. Special Permit Site Plflns (churches, schools, etc.) $25.00
