AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NAMES FOR CERTAIN PRIVATE STREETS
WITHIN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, Ic A
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That the following private streets locates within the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, are hereby named as follows:
(1) Cobblestone Circle: the first street east of Ansborough Avenue
running from Meadow Lane to the north;
thence east; thence south to Meadow Lane.
(2) Porter Drive: the first street north of Meadow Lane running
from Cobblestone Circle to Cobblestone Circle
(3) PeoRles Square: The first street west of Kimball Avenue running
south from Brookeridge Drive
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this ~day of

That the following private streets located within the City of Waterloo, in the issues of June 39 1980
Iowa,are hereby named as follows:
(1) Cobblestone Circle: the first
street east of Ansborough Avenue _ of said newspaper, and
running from Meadow Lane to the
north; thence east; thence south to that the annexed rate of advertising is the regular legal rate of
Meadow Lane.
