AN ORDINANCE VACATING PORTION OF POPLAR STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA; as follows:
All that part of Poplar Street located west of the westerly
right-of-way line of Riverside Drive, Cedar River Park in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated. C�
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 7 day of June, 19CO, approved
by the Mayor on the 9 day of June, 1980.
