ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY
ADDING SUB-SECTION NO. 175 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further
amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 174, of said Section, the following
Sub-Section No. One hundred seventy five (175) :
"175
All of Block 24 and Lots 9, 10, 11 , 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16
of Block 23, Auditor Rainbows Plat of Maywood Second Filing
now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "M-1" Light Industrial District,
be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-2" One & Two Family Residence District
as above described".
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file a
certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Passed and adopted by the City Council on 1 day of June, 1980, approved by
the Mayor on the 9 day of June, 1980.
