BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF -,4TFRLOO,
Section 1. That Section 2 -5, of Ordinance No. 247'. , as amended, be fur-
ther amended by adding after sub-Section No. 176, of said Section, the
following Sub-Section No. One hundred seventy Seven . 177) :
