AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING, ORDINANCE, BY
AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN
SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REZONE APPROXIMATELY 19.92
ACRES FROM "A-1" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, "R-1" ONE AND
TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND "R-3" MULTIPLE
RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "R-1 ONE AND TWO FAMILY
RESIDENCE DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING A
RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION, LOCATED EAST OF 1867 RED TAIL
DRIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in Section 10-4-4,
Rezoning Certain Property, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning
Ordinance, be amended to rezone the property legally described as follows:
