OF DOWNING AVENUE AND WEST OF DOREEN AVENUE, CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, BLACK HAWK COUNTY.
BE IS ORDAINED by the Council ot the City oi Waterloo, Iowa
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot One(1) ,
Charles Addition; thence Soutn along the West line
of Charles Addition an the West line ot Charles
Additiennexcended to the North property line ot
Downing Avenue; thence west along the Notch line
of Downing Avenue a distance of thirty (30) feet ;
thence No: th alont, a line tnirty (30) feet from
and parallel with Lae West line of Charles Addition
and the West line of Charles Addition extem.ed
to the Soutn line of Sager Avenue; thence East
along the South line of Sager Avenue to the point
