(W) OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS; AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (14) OF SECTION 542, ONE-WAY STREETS AND ALLEYS; SUBSECTION (114) WAGNER ROAD OF SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; AND SUBSECTION (98) FOURTH ST. (W) OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS. BE IT ORDAINED by the C ty Council of the City of W terloo, Iowa: Section 1. That Subsection (14) of Section 542, One-Way Streets and Alleys of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby repealed; that new Subsection (14) of Section 542, One-Way Streets and Alleys, of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows (14) Public alley from Franklin Southwest to the northeast so as Street to Mulberry Street to enter said alley from Mulberry and lying between East Fourth Street and depart therefrom on Street and East Fifth Street Franklin Street Section 2. That Subsection (114) Wegner Road of Section 543, Thru Streets, of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby repealed; that new Subsection (114) Wagner Road of Section 543, Thru Streets, of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows: (114) Wagner Road Highway 20 to the northerly city limits except for a two-way stop at Airline Highway Section 3. That Subsection (98) Fourth Street (W) of Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets, of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby repealed; that new Subsection (98) Fourth Street (W) of Section 551, Parking Prohibited At All Times on Certain Streets, of Ordinance No. 2644, known as the Traffic Ordinance, is hereby enacted in lieu thereof as follows: (98) Fourth Street (W) Northwest side from Kingsley Avenue to Kimball Avenue; northwest side from Moir Street to Arden Street; two zones on northwest side in 400 block; four zones on southeast side in 500 block; both sides from Kimball Avenue to southerly corporate limits PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this / / day f , 1980, and approved by the Mayor this /31Lh day of , ` , 1980.
