ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 24/9,AS AMENDED BY ADDING SUB-
SECTION NO. 17,s TO SECTION 2A-5,REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5 of Oruinance No. 2479,as amended, be
further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 177 of said Section,
the following Sub-Section No. One Hunured Seventy-Eight (170
