Vacation of a portion of Ankeny Street
All that part of Ankeny Street between the south
line of East Parker Street and the nortnern line
of John Street all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
Vacatioe of a portion of John Street
All, that part of Street lying west of the
' West line of Ankeny Street and east of a line
drawn from a point on the north line of John
Street seventeen (17) feet easterly of the
southwest corner of Lot Six, (6) , Block Three
(3) , Manson' s 4th Addition to the south line
of John Street; twenty (20) feet west of the
northeast corner of Let Eight (0 , Block Two
(2) , manson' s 4th Addition.: all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
