HomeMy WebLinkAbout3111-11.10.1980 (RECORDED) ORDINANCE NO. 3 / / 1 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2479, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING SUB- SECTION NO. 181 TO SECTION 2A-5, REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: Section 1 . That Section 2A-5, of Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, be further amended by adding after Sub-Section No. 180, of said Section, the following Sub-Section No. One hundred eighty-one (181) : "181 A part of the N.W. Frac. 1/4 of Section 2-88-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Tract A, Hurst Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; thence North along the East line of said N.W. Frac. 1/4 to the South line of Orange Park, Black Hawk County, Iowa, now in the City of Waterloo, Iowa; thence West along said South line to the East R-O-W line of Bethel St. ; thence South along said East R-O-W line to the North line of said Tract A; thence East along said North line to the point of beginning. Except all street R-O-W. now zoned on the Zoning Map of Waterloo, Iowa, as "A-1 " Agricultural District, be and the same is hereby zoned as "R-4" Multiple Family Residence District as above described". Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
