Commencing at the SW corner of said Section 33-69-13
thence North along the West line of seia Section A dis-
tance of 233.00 feet; thence East a distance of 25.60
feet to the point of beginning lying on the East R-O-W
line of Martin koad; therce North along said East R-O-W
line a distance of 1659.30 Ft; thence Northeasterly along
