AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2644, KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC
ORDINANCE, BY REPELLING SUBSECTION (25) LYNKAYLEE DRIVE AND RACHAEL
STREET OF SECTION 544, FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS; BY REPEALING
SUBSECTION (2) BISHOP AVENUE of SECTION 545, YIELD STREETS, AND
ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (7b) BISHOP AVENUE TO
SECTION 543, THRU STREETS; AND BY REPEALING SUBSECTION (247) ST.
FRANCIS DRIVE OF SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES ON
CERTAIN STREETS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SUBSECTION (247)
ST. FRANCIS DRIVE TO SECTION 551, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES
ON CERTAIN STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
Section 1.
That Subsection (25) Lynkaylee Drive and R-chael Street of Section 544,
Four-Way Stop Intersections, of the Traffic Ordinance of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2.
That Subsection (2) Bishop :venue of Section 545, Yield Streets, of the
Traffic Ordinance of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its
entirety; that new Subsection (7b) Bishop Avenue of Section 543, Thru
Streets, of the Traffic Ordinance of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(7b) Bishop Avenue Osage Road to Independence Avenue
Section 3.
That Subsection (247) St. Francis Drive of Section 551, Parking Prohibited
At All Times on Certain Streets, of the Traffic Ordinance of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby repealed in its entirety; that new Subsection (247)
St. Francis Drive of Section 551, parking Prohibited At All. Times on Certain
Streets, of the Traffic Ordinance of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby
enacted in lieu thereof as follows:
(247) St. Francis Drive Fast and northeast sides from West Ninth Street
to southerly end of St. Francis Drive; west side
from Ravenwood to Sin Marnan Drive
