BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,TOWA:
Section 1. That Section 2A-5, of Oruinance No. 247),as emenued,be
furtner amended by auding after Sub-SeLtion No, lo2 of said Section,
the following Sub-Section No. One hunured eigaty three (163) :
