RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH BLACK HAWK CONTRACTING AND DEVELOPMENT
CO. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated February 7, 2011, for the
sale and conveyance of city -owned property generally located on
East 8th Street from Lafayette to Sycamore Streets, for the
construction of five (5) new single-family homes, by and between
Black Hawk Contracting and Development Co. of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 2011.
