The City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Special Session (via Zoom) at the office of
the City Clerk at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 12:00 PM, on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.
Roll Call.
Mayor Pro Tem Ray Feuss in the Chair. Roll Call: Mr. Boesen, Mr. Nichols, Mr. Chiles, Mr.
Simon and Mr. Feuss. Ms Wilder and Ms. Creighton -Smith were absent.
Approval of Agenda

that the agenda as proposed be approved. Voice vote -Ayes: Five. Motion carried.
CONSENT AGENDA

that the following items on the consent agenda be received and placed on file. Voice vote -Ayes:
