RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE OF BID WITH CDW GOVERNMENT OF
VERNON HILLS, ILLINOIS, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$37,526.35, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE AMBULANCE
SOFTWARE UPGRADE TO IMPLEMENT ELECTRONIC CARE
REPORTING SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of CDW Government of Vernon Hills, Illinois, in
the amount of $37,526.35, in conjunction with the Ambulance
Software Upgrade to Implement Electronic Care Reporting System,
for the purchase of computers and related hardware described in
the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project in Resolution No. 2010-952, after public hearing on
October 25, 2010 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 2011.
