RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MAIN STREET WATERLOO AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 7, 2011,
at a cost of $40,000.00 for FY 2011 and $40,000.00 for FY 2012,
to provide technical and professional services in conjunction
with redevelopment of downtown Waterloo, by and between Main
Street Waterloo and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of February, 2011.
