The City Council of the City of Waterloo. Eowa, met in Special Session (via Zoom) at
the office of the City Clerk at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 12:00 PM, on Wednesday,
September 11, 2024.
Roll Call.
Mayor Pro Tern Ray Feuss in the Chair. Roll Call: Mr. Bowen, Mr, Nichols, Mr. Chiles,
Approval of Agenda

that the agenda as proposed be approved. Voice vote -Ayes: Five. Motion carried.
