RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE
CITY OF WATERLOO PURCHASING POLICY FOR
PURCHASING A 2024 FORD F350 4WD REGULAR CAB
LONGBOX, IN THE AMOUNT OF $47,659.25, FROM
STIVERS FORD, FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a 2024 Ford F350 4WD Regular Cab Longbox, in the amount of
$47,659.25, from Stivers Ford, for the Fire Department, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September 2024.
