RESOLUTION NO. 2024-565
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH DELLATAN ASSET ACQUISITION,
LLC, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF UP TO 12 NEW
RESIDENTIAL UNITS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
1.That the Development Agreement dated September 16, 2024,between Dellatan Asset
Acquisition, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of up to 12 new
residential units in two phases, located along the north side of Newell Street(adjacent to 919
Newell Street) and along the south side of Newell Street(adjacent to 918 Newell Street), and
legally described as follows:
PHASE I:
LOTS NOS. 10, 11 AND 12 IN BLOCK NO. 1 IN WARNEKA'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
PHASE II:
LOTS 2 THROUGH 7, INCISIVE, AND LOTS 14 THROUGH 20, INCLUSIVE,
AND ALL OF THE VACATED ALLEY IN BLOCK 2 LYING BETWEEN
LOTS 1 THROUGH 6 AND LOTS 15 THROUGH 20, ALL IN BLOCK NO. 2
IN "ROSE HILL RE-PLAT," WATERLOO, IOWA.
is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
