RESOLUTION NO. 2024-571
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AS -BUILT CONTRACT
WITH ENTRUST SOLUTIONS GROUP OF WARRENVILLE,
ILLINOIS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $479,274.20, 1N
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FIBER OPTIC NETWORK
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the As -Built Contract with Entrust Solutions Group of Warrenville, Illinois, in the
amount of $479,274.20, in conjunction with the Fiber Optic Network Project, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September 2024.
