RESOLUTION NO. 2024-573
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SALES AGREEMENT WITH
DAKTRONICS OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA IN THE
AMOUNT OF $294,500.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
CONVENTION CENTER OUTSIDE SIGNAGE PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Sales Agreement with Daktronics of Brookings, South Dakota dated September
16, 2024, in the amount of $294,500.00, in conjunction with the Convention Center Outside
Signage Project, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September 2024.
