That on or about June 22, 2016, Resolution No. 2016-267 was filed with the Black Hawk County Recorder's Office as Doc. No. 2016-00022004. That a scrivener's error was discovered in the original document. The easement described in said Resolution should have been a utility/sanitary sewer easement as discussed in the City Council meeting where it was passed.
