RESOLUTION NO. 2016-267 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST BY BAUER BUILT TIRES TO DEDICATE A TWENTY FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF 2086 HOWARD AVENUE. Zellhoefer, hereby state as follows: That I am the City Attorney for the City of Waterloo, Iowa. That on or about June 22, 2016, Resolution No. 2016-267 was filed with the Black Hawk County Recorder's Office as Doc. No. 2016-00022004. That a scrivener's error was discovered in the original document. The easement described in said Resolution should have been a utility/sanitary sewer easement as discussed in the City Council meeting where it was passed. As a result, a revised Resolution No. 2016-267 was executed and recorded in its stead. Further Affiant sayeth not. Dated at Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, on this 29th day of June, 2016.
