RESOLUTION NO. 2024-568
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH MCDONALD'S USA, LLC, TO ALLOW
ROADWAY MAINTENANCE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2222 LOGAN AVENUE, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE NORTH CROSSING REDEVELOPMENT, AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the Permanent Easement Agreement dated September 16, 2024, of the
hereinafter described parcel, with McDonald's USA, LLC, successor by merger to Archland
Property I, LLC, is to allow roadway maintenance on the private property of McDonald's USA,
LLC, located at 2222 Logan Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Permanent Easement Agreement between McDonald's USA,
LLC, successor by merger to Archland Property I, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the
hereinafter described parcel, to allow roadway maintenance on the private property located at
2222 Logan Avenue, of McDonald's USA, LLC, is accepted and approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and direct to execute said document.
SOUTH 5 FEET OF LOT 3, LOGAN PLAZA FIRST ADDITION,
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16`h day of September 2024.
