AN ARDINANCE VACATING A SIXTEEN (16) FOOT DRAINAGE
AND UTILITY IN VOLD ADDITION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
The east eight (8) feet of lots Three (3) ,Four (4) ,
Six (6) and Seven (7) ;also the West eight (8) feet of
Lots Five (5) and Nineteen (19) ;also the South
eight (8) feet of the West sixty-four (64) feet of the
east seventy-two (72) feet of Lot Eight (8) ;also the
north eight (8) feet of the west fifty-six (56) feet
of Lot Nineteen (19) ;also the south eight (8) feet of
the west fifty-six (56) feet of Lot Five (5) ;also the
most northerly eight (8) feet of the west fifty-six
(56) feet of Lot One (1) ;also the most north eight (8)
feet of the east eight (8) feet of Lot Two (2) ,all
in Vold Addition in the City of Waterloo,Black Hawk
County,Iowa.
