AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 32,
ORIGINAL PLAT ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE CEDAR
RIVER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
All of the alley lying between lnd adjacent to
Lots One(1) ,Two (2) ,Three (3) ,Four (4) ,Five (5)
and Lots No. Six (€) ,Seven (7) ,Eight (8) ,Nine (9)
and Ten (10) in, Block No/Thirty Two (32) in the
original Plat on the West side of the Cedar River
in the City of Waterloo, Blackhhawk County,Iowa.
shall be and the same is hereby vacated,with the City's re-
tention of an easement over under,and above the entire above
described property.
