RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2011
DOWNTOWN WAYFINDING SIGNAGE, CONTRACT NO.
783.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc. in conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Downtown Wayfinding
Signage, Contract No. 783, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said the City Engineer did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2011 Downtown Wayfinding Signage, Contract No. 783,
which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2011-092 on
February 7, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,
February 14, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed
