I am pleased to offer you this mechanical/electrical engineering service proposal for the above-mentioned
project.
This proposal includes design development, contract documents, bidding assistance, submittal reviews and
on-site meetings with construction personnel as required to clarify issues of design as referenced to the PAS
dated November 2, 2009.

For the above referenced services our total fee will be 10.5%of the bid amounts.
•
Items not included in this proposal:
• Life cycle cost analysis is not included as a part of this proposal.
• Reproduction and distribution expenses of design documents are also not included in this proposal.

Work designed but not constructed shall be included in the"not to exceed"calculation at 80%of the bid
amount.

• Additional services, as approved and requested, shall be provided at our hourly rates.

• Gilmor&Doyle, Ltd. Errors and Omissions Policy shall be deemed a part of this Agreement.

The AIA Abbreviated Form of Agreement between Owner and Architect, 2007 Addition shall be deemed a part
