This is authorization for Snyder& Associates, Inc. to proceed with the following described
additional services.
Client: City of Waterloo Engineering Department
Project Name: Waterloo Storm Water Utility Development Project
S&A Project Number: 109.0760.01
Change Order Date: October 29th, 2009
DESCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Snyder& Associates shall digitize parcels provided by Black Hawk County with a building
structure present and a designation of"Exempt". The digitized areas will be used to calculate the
impervious area per parcel. The number of parcels requiring digitization is expected not to
exceed 510. The aforementioned services shall be provided on the basis of hourly rates and
fixed expenses, not to exceed $5,010.00, as outlined in the Engineer's Standard Fee Schedule.
The current fee schedule is included as Attachment A.

Hourly in accordance with the original fee schedule.
The undersigned, on behalf of the Client, understands and agrees that the services described in
this Change Order are additional service, scope of which is not contained within the original
scope of services defined in the original agreement. The Additional Services in this Change
Order are subject to the general conditions contained in the Original Document.
