REZONING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
A public hearing will be held on the
30th day of September 2024, at 5:30
p.m. in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
to approve a request by the City of
Waterloo to rezone approximately
0.21 acres from "M-2" Heavy/ Industrial
District to 'C P" Planned Commercial
District located adjacent to 1515 Syc-
amore Street: legally described as
follows:
The northwesterly 112 of that part of
vacated Elm Street lying southwest-
erly of the southwesterly right-of-way
line of Lafayette Street and lying north-
easterly of the northeasterly right-of-
way line of Sycamore Street.
Anyone who is interested may appear
at said time and place and be heard or
may file written objection with the City
Clerk, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before
the date set for said hearing.
