RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PUBLIC LIBRARY'S RADIO
FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION (RFID) CONVERSION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Library Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Public Library's
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Conversion Project, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Library Director did file said preliminary
specifications, bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc. in conjunction with the Public Library's Radio Frequency
Identification (RFID) Conversion Project, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2010-1110 on
December 13, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
January 10, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
Public Library's Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Conversion
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 2011.
