RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PUBLIC LIBRARY'S RADIO
FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION (RFID) CONVERSION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-16, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Public
Library's Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Conversion
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the public hearing on January 10,
2011 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 2011.
